1. About CrayonStories

CrayonStories.com is operated by CrayonStories ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide a service that generates personalized, printable children's coloring book PDFs. Each book is created on demand based on your selections and delivered digitally.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By purchasing, you represent that you are 18 or older and are acting as a parent or guardian purchasing on behalf of a child.

3. The Product

Each order produces a single, personalized coloring book PDF. The book contains black-and-white line art illustrations, each featuring your child's name in the caption. The specific illustrations included are selected based on the theme you choose.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is shown at checkout. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card information.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout. If your payment fails, your order will not be processed.

5. Delivery

After successful payment, your personalized PDF will be generated and a download link will be emailed to the address you provided. Generation typically takes less than 2 minutes.

Download links are valid for 48 hours from the time of purchase and may be used up to 5 times. If you need access after that, contact us at support@crayonstories.com.

6. Refund Policy

Because coloring books are generated instantly and delivered digitally, we generally do not offer refunds after a PDF has been successfully delivered.

We will issue a full refund or re-generate your book at no charge if:

• You did not receive your PDF within 30 minutes due to a technical error on our end
• The PDF contained significant errors (e.g., wrong name, wrong theme) due to a system error

To request a refund, contact us at support@crayonstories.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number.

7. License to Use

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to download and print the PDF for personal use by your family.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the PDF outside your immediate household
• Post the illustrations online or use them in any commercial product
• Claim ownership of the illustrations
• Use the PDF for commercial purposes

8. Intellectual Property

All illustrations, artwork, designs, logos, and content on CrayonStories.com are owned by CrayonStories or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of our intellectual property.

9. Acceptable Use

When using CrayonStories.com, you agree not to submit names or content that are offensive or inappropriate for children, attempt to scrape or copy our illustration library, or interfere with the operation of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

CrayonStories.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our illustration library may change without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrayonStories's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
